tortoise shell grip. The blade is engraved. The scabbard is of iron with brass mounts. Boyle Gamble Cavalry saber. This hilt is of the three branch variety (U.S. Copy). Blade has unstopped fuller. Grip is leather covered with single strand brass wire. Leather scabbard has sheet brass mounts with the owners initials carved on them. |
