Manufactured: Springfield, Mass.  Maker: N. P. Ames  Year: 1834-1840  Model: M1832 / 34 
Size: 31.4 inch blade  Condition:  

WR on tang. The etching starts with the Ames potted urn, Bust of Aesclepius  god of medicine and healing in ancient Greece. The etching ends on both sides with crosswd swords and theater drape. The grip measures 3.49 including the bottom ferrule.
